We provide the following services:

  • Domestic and small commercial construction (extensions, renovations, conversions)

  • Hard and soft landscaping

  • Groundworks and drainage

  • Site clearance and preparation

  • Project management and consultation

4. Quotations & Contracts

  • All clients receive a written quote outlining the scope, timeline, and payment schedule.

  • No work will commence until a formal written agreement is signed by both parties.

  • Variations to the scope of work will be documented, agreed upon in writing, and may incur additional charges.

5. Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Weekend work is by agreement only and may be subject to additional cost.

  • Any changes to working hours (e.g., due to weather or client request) will be communicated in advance.

6. Site Conduct

Our team will:

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Use appropriate signage and barriers where necessary.

  • Minimise disruption to neighbouring properties.

  • Wear branded uniforms and ID when on site.

  • Treat all clients, their property, and neighbours with respect.

7. Health & Safety

  • We comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and relevant UK legislation.

  • All employees and subcontractors are required to follow our internal Health & Safety Policy.

  • PPE is mandatory on all construction sites.

  • Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are prepared where applicable.

8. Payments & Invoicing

  • Deposits are required before work begins.

  • Payment schedule is based on agreed milestones or stages.

  • Final payment is due upon practical completion and sign-off.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

  • Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Customer Communication

  • Clients are kept updated via weekly check-ins (verbal or written).

  • A designated project manager or foreman is available as the main point of contact.

  • All major decisions must be confirmed in writing (email or signed variation forms).

10. Environmental Policy

  • We responsibly dispose of waste through licensed carriers.

  • We aim to recycle materials wherever feasible.

  • We aim to source sustainable products and suppliers when possible.

11. Complaints & Disputes

  • We aim to resolve any client concerns quickly and professionally.

  • Clients can raise issues in writing to Help@Wonder-Work-developments.com

  • If unresolved, we adhere to dispute resolution procedures outlined in our contract, including potential mediation.

12. Insurance & Guarantees

  • Wonder Work Developments carries:

    • Public Liability Insurance

    • Employers’ Liability Insurance

    • Contractor’s All Risk Insurance (for larger projects)

  • Workmanship guarantees are provided as per contract terms, usually between 12–24 months, depending on the nature of the work.

13. Subcontractors & Suppliers

  • All subcontractors must comply with this policy and are vetted before engagement.

  • Suppliers are selected based on reliability, quality, and ethical sourcing.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Client data is stored securely and used only for legitimate business purposes.

15. Policy Review

This policy is reviewed annually or after any significant changes to legislation or business practices.

  • 2x Advanced Patio Cleans per year

  • Pre-soak foam treatment using specialist cleaning products

  • Professional pressure washing
    Perfect for keeping your patio in top condition with a deeper, more effective clean.

🟡 Gold Plan – £39.50/month

Includes:

  • 3x Premium Services per year

  • Full detailed inspection and health report of your patio

  • Deep cleaning using the highest-grade products

  • Removal of deep-ingrained stains and imperfections

  • Complimentary full-property gutter clean
    The ultimate care plan for homeowners who want the very best for their outdoor space.

One-Off Cleaning Services

We also offer one-time pressure washing services. Prices vary depending on the size, age, and condition of the patio. Contact us for a free assessment and quote.

 

Contract Term and Renewal Notice

Following the conclusion of the 14-day cooling-off period, this agreement will become binding for a fixed term of 12 months.

At 11 months, you will receive an email reminder inviting you to:

  • Confirm continuation of your current plan,

  • Upgrade or change your plan, or

  • Cancel prior to automatic renewal.

As a valued customer, you may also be eligible for exclusive loyalty promotions upon renewal

 

🛠️ Warranty Agreement

Wonder Work Developments

1. Warrantor

This Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") is issued by Wonder Work Developments  a building and landscaping company operating in the United Kingdom.

2. Covered Work

This warranty applies to building and landscaping work carried out solely by Wonder Work Developments.

  • 5-Year Warranty: Applies to all work started and completed by Wonder Work Developments.
  • Limited Warranty (12–36 months or none): Applies to work completed but not started by Wonder Work Developments, with the exact term depending on the nature of the work and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Wonder Work Developments reserves the right to offer a shorter warranty period if we reasonably believe the requested work will not maintain integrity over the standard five-year period.

 

3. Warranty Start Date

The warranty begins on the date of completion of the project.

 

4. Coverage – Free Basic Warranty

The free basic warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in materials supplied by Wonder Work Developments
  • Workmanship issues
  • Performance problems directly caused by the installation or construction

Exclusions:

  • Damage from natural disasters, including storms, floods, or earthquakes
  • Accidental damage caused by the customer or third parties
  • Damage from misuseunauthorised modifications, or third-party alterations
  • Work not performed directly by Wonder Work Developments

 

5. Optional Paid Warranty (Extended Cover)

An extended warranty to cover accidental damages is available at an additional cost, tailored per project.

  • Typical pricing for patios: £300–£700 per 24 months
  • Lower-cost 12-month warranties available upon request

 

6. Claims Process

To make a claim, the customer must contact us by email:

Include a detailed description of the issue and supporting photographs where possible.

We will investigate the claim free of charge, regardless of whether the issue falls under warranty.

If the issue is covered, we will perform the necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to the customer.
Any additional work outside of the covered issue will be charged at our standard hourly or job rate.

 

7. Limitations & Conditions

  • Non-transferable: The warranty applies only to the original paying customer and is not transferable to new property owners or third parties.
  • This warranty only applies to projects carried out within the United Kingdom, and all work is subject to UK standards and regulations.
  • The maximum liability of the free warranty is limited to £1,500.
  • For customers on the full 5-year free warranty, no excess fee applies.
    For all other warranty types, a £120 excess is required per claim.

 

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

9. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Wonder Work Developments regarding warranty and supersedes all prior discussions or representation
